Nightmare. Ordered a 10x10. Tried 3 different 10x10 frames only to find out it’s 9’6”. So need a 9x9. Told the entire time 10x10. Zero customer service. Go somewhere else

Not sized correctly

This item was ordered as a 10x10 tent canopy. We have now tried 3 different brands of 10x10 tent frames (because we didn’t know it came without one) and we have not been successful. Very disappointing. Hoping to find a 9x9 frame that will fit. I would not order this again. It has been nothing short of frustrating.
