It appears that the W&M logo was printed upside down (you can tell by the ampersand). When turned right side up the drawstring and slit are at the top. This doesn’t allow water to drain from the bottom and after a heavy rain it looks like a soggy diaper. This may also lead to rotting when kept in storage. Picture shows it turned upside down to allow drainage. It’s also slightly large for our tire but was ordered as per specified range.
